PROCESS OPERATIONS

The pasteurized, cream-standardized, homogenized milk that has passed through the milk reception and pretreatment area is reduced to 4 ° C by means of cold water in the outlet section of plate pasteurizers and fed into the tank for pasteurized milk. In plants without cold water infrastructure, the milk, which has 30-40 °C at the outlet of the pasteurizer, is reduced to 4 °C in the pasteurization tanks with gas cooling. The cooled pasteurized milk is filled and packaged according to the desired packaging type.
