The journey of milk begins with milking from the cow's udder. After milking, milk is taken to cooling tanks and cooled to +4C within 3 hours, thus ensuring milk quality. The journey of the milk, whose cooling process is completed in the cooling tanks in the farms, continues in the transport tanks. The milk loaded in the transport tanks is transported to the factories to be converted into dairy products. The milk brought to the factory is processed in our FARK PROSES production lines and takes their place on our tables.
